Part II: Two written papers, OSCE and oral

Professor Gary Maartens Medal to be awarded to a candidate with exceptional performance in both Part I and Part II of the Fellowship of College of Clinical Pharmacology exams.

Prof. Maartens played a key role in establishing the College of Clinical Pharmacologists and was the founding President of the College of Clinical Pharmacologists. He worked tirelessly for the registration of the speciality of Clinical Pharmacologist at the Health Professions Council of South Africa paving the way for a new generation of specialists. Furthermore, his academic contribution to the field of infectious diseases and therapeutics is acknowledged and respected internationally.

Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) are not made available to candidates for review in accordance with the CMSA’s Appeals Mechanism Policy.Â
